The second option for the 59-80 level is to kill Rotten Eyes. They are located outside of El Morad Castle, in the Graveyard.

80-83: 7th Key Quest, Dread Mares, Wanderers
Now, you have 3 options. Eslant and kill Dread Mares and Option 3 Key quest in El Morad Castle.
You will get a level from level 80 to level 83.
There are Wanderers outside of El Morad Castle.
