Lag / DC problem with Windows Server 2003

Hello guys, first off sorry for write in english, its because i don't know how to speak turkçe.

My problem is this: Im running my KO server at Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition (32 bit) and im getting lag / dc problem... But this doesn't stop here, when i run my KO server in Windows Server 2021 i don't get this problem..

Can someone help please?

8GB Ramm
Intel Xeon Quad-Core 2.4Ghz
100Mbps internet

hello ,

i think ur server getting attack u need a strong firewall , after found the firewall ur problem improves. if dont work change vps and serverfiles

im sry my english is terrible =() just try this mybe it works.
